Baby Menu: Cantonese Egg Custard with Minced Turkey and Veggies

Updates:

  • Used turkey instead of pork and pureed meat/veggie mixture in food processor before adding to egg.
  • Substituted homemade unsalted chicken stock for water.
  • Omitted fish sauce.

Wonderful with soft cooked rice!
