8pm supper for one: Mostly veggie scramble and leftover Tartine croissant.

Normally leftovers wouldn't be cause for documentation, but come on.  It's Tartine!  With ham and cheese!  With a few minutes in the toaster oven, it was almost as crispy and flaky and delicious as the day it was made.

I used fava beans, heirloom cherry tomatoes, and fresh spring onions in the scramble.

hey there stephanie. I enjoy you food pics. Was thinking of your stuff when I found foodspotting.com the other day.
Another fellow foodie! I love your food pics. And your reflections on what you eat and where it comes from. My head is stil reeeling from your 'head cheese' post however. But i agree, i haven't eaten a commercially prepared sausage in many years as i just cant believe how fatty they are and salty and as you say, what the hell is in them? Keep up the good posts.
Thanks so much Sarah!  I love to think about food, especially the stories around specific dishes and the history/evolution of them.  I think I grossed out just about everyone on the head cheese post.  Glad you enjoy everything else though =)
